In fact, we’re so excited that we’ve decided to let you in on a few more little secrets about the next Race Across The World: The Experience adventure…
Don’t worry, there’ll be no spoilers here and the surprises we’ve got in store for you are safely under wraps (for now).
But there’s no harm in telling you a little bit more about what we’ve got planned…and how it differs from Race Across The World: The Experience in London!
Race Across The World: The Experience in Manchester
The success of Race Across The World: The Experience in London has been phenomenal, and we want to give a big thank you to the thousands of racers who’ve taken on the race, climbed the leaderboard and given us valuable feedback!
Turning cities into playgrounds might be our specialty, but if we don’t have racers like you uncovering them with us, we’d have no fun at all.
We always want to improve, find out what you loved, what you expected and what you’d like to see next…and incredibly, so many of you told us you wanted more!
So while we’ve been overseeing the London experience behind the scenes, we’ve set our sights on another beloved UK city that needs uncovering: Manchester.
New Puzzles, New Routes, New Characters
If you haven’t taken part in Race Across The World: The Experience yet, don’t worry.
The Manchester experience is entirely new, designed from scratch and entirely unique to Manchester.
That said, if you have played Race Across The World: The Experience before, there are some elements you’ll recognise.
You’ll still have to manage your in-game budget, solve physical puzzles, visit cafés and pubs, uncover hidden gems, interact with localised characters, and keep your eye on the clock. But the only thing that stays the same is the mechanics of the game.
All the puzzles, characters, clues, routes and riddles are unique to the city they’re in! After all, no two cities are the same: why should your experience of them be?
Who Can Play Race Across The World: The Experience in Manchester?
You don’t need to have completed the London race to enter the Manchester race. They are two separate experiences.
If you want, you can go for both or pick the experience that’s closest or furthest from home, it’s up to you!
However, like the London race, tickets must be purchased by over 18s and teams must be made up of 2 to 8 players.
Similarly, the Manchester race will be accessible, guide dog and dog-friendly so everyone who wants to can take part.

Race Across The World: The Experience in Manchester is set to launch on 12 August 2025.

We’ve currently got our hands tied ensuring that the Race Across The World Experience in Manchester is as good as it possibly can be, but like you, we’re always up for another adventure.
