By spring 2026, Race Across the World: The Experience will be available to play in 5 cities in 6 locations across the UK, including the London, Manchester, London’s West End, Edinburgh, Bristol or York
And that means that no matter where you live, you should be within a couple hours’ distance of the official live experience of the hit TV show!
Of course, travel and experiencing new environments is a core part of what many fans love so if you’d rather go to the other end of the country for your experience, you absolutely can!
The Competition on the Leaderboards are Dangerously Close
Would you believe us if we told you that some teams have completed Race Across the World: The Experience in less than an hour!? Well, they have - but don’t feel that you have to do that.
There’s absolutely no obligation to run or rush through the experience. Most teams finish within 3-4 hours including breaks (and you can take as long as you like while on those). This is your race, so you can take it at whatever pace suits you and your teammates best.
It’s a Chance to Embrace The Unknown
No matter where you take part in Race Across the World: The Experience, you’re taking part in something unique and entirely your own.
Two teams on the same race, with the same number of players, in the same city, at the same time of day will still have a totally different experience, and that’s how it should be.
Race Across the World: The Experience is a game that puts you in charge in real city streets. Everyone gets to solve the same physical puzzles, but everything from the weather to the checkpoint venues will likely be different, depending on so many things.

It’s A Budget-Friendly Way to Bond
Many of us would love a break from it all, whether that’s in a far-flung destination or somewhere closer by. But many of us just don’t have schedules or bank balances that could accommodate that wish.
Race Across the World: The Experience offers tickets starting from just £25 per player, meaning teams can enjoy 3-4 hours of entertainment at an incredible value. And remember, the 2026 routes even include checkpoint pubs and cafes where racers get exclusive discounts on food and drinks!
Experience Next-Gen "Phygital" Gameplay
Race Across the World: The Experience is an adventure that takes place out there on the city streets, no augmented reality in sight. But that doesn’t mean we’ve left technology behind.
At the start of the race, you’ll be given a race pack containing some props that may become useful later in the game (no spoilers here!) and the only other thing you’ll need is your phone.
WhatsApp is how we communicate with you while you’re out hunting down the guest book, and it’s where you’ll receive clues, manage your budget and keep tabs on the leaderboard.
It Includes Some Intellectual "Aerobics" for All Ages
One of the best things about Race Across the World: The Experience is how anyone who wants to can get involved. Physical puzzles, riddles, and budget-management are what stand between your team and victory, and you’ll need good teamwork to get to the end.
The races can be made family-friendly, step-free, or dog-friendly (just remember to select your needs when setting up the race).
However, tickets can only be purchased by adults (18+) and children must be accompanied by an adult. It’s also worth mentioning that the races were designed for adults, but with some guidance, children will likely find them just as thrilling as the grown ups!
